The total package price is fixed and composed of several clearly defined elements, which we detail below.

Breakdown of the Total Package Price

1. Hotel Accommodation (Public Rates)

This component covers the cost of accommodation in the selected hotels, calculated according to each establishment’s public rates.

Breakfast is included in the hotel price we offer, except in a small number of selected properties where it is not available. In those cases, this is always clearly specified in the travel proposal.

We carefully select boutique hotels and charming accommodations that reflect the authentic character of the Mediterranean.

2. Rental Car with Full Coverage Insurance

Your rental car includes:

• Comprehensive insurance coverage

• A second driver at no additional cost

The exact insurance coverage may vary depending on the provider: some contracts include elements such as windows, tyres or the underside of the vehicle, while others may not. In all cases, the specific conditions are always clearly detailed in each travel proposal.

This allows you to explore the Mediterranean comfortably and independently throughout your journey.

3. Optional Excursions, Tastings, and Experiences

Depending on your itinerary and preferences, your trip may include selected experiences such as:

• Guided excursions

• Wine tastings and gastronomic experiences

• Cultural or nature activities

These experiences are included only if requested and confirmed as part of your personalized itinerary.

The combined cost of hotels, car rental with full insurance, and excursions/activities represents approximately 85% of the total package price.

4. Package Planning & Management

A fee of €50 per person (already included in the total price) covers the professional planning and coordination of your trip.

This includes itinerary design, supplier coordination, and ongoing assistance to ensure your journey runs smoothly from start to finish.

5. Trinakria Flexible Fee

A €38 per person fee provides additional flexibility to modify reservation conditions if necessary.

This allows us to offer adaptable booking conditions and peace of mind when planning your trip.

The total package price includes all applicable taxes (including VAT).

Services Not Included

To ensure full transparency, the following services are not included in the package price unless specifically requested.

Flights

Flights are not included in our packages.

However, we are happy to recommend the best flight options based on your departure location.

We typically do not book flights directly because many airlines operating to the Mediterranean are low-cost carriers that do not work with travel agencies, allowing travelers to book directly and avoid additional agency fees.

If you prefer us to include flights in your package, we can certainly arrange this upon request.

Half-board (dinner included) is not included by default but can be added upon request during the booking process.

This option is ideal for travelers who wish to explore multiple regions of the Mediterranean without returning to the starting point.

Trip Cancellation & Assistance Insurance (Optional)

Travel cancellation and assistance insurance is optional.
