DO YOU ORGANISE TRIPS OUTSIDE THE DESTINATIONS ON YOUR WEBSITE? +

HOW DOES THE BOOKING PROCESS WORK? +

Once the proposal is ready, you will receive it in a digital itinerary format, accessible through a private link. This allows you to explore your journey in a clear and structured way — including the route, accommodations, experiences and practical details — all in one place, at your own pace.

You can review the proposal and we refine it together until everything feels right — in terms of itinerary, style and overall experience. When you are ready to proceed, you can confirm the trip by completing a short booking form directly within the itinerary.

Once confirmed, we take care of all the arrangements. Before departure, you will receive all the necessary documents and practical information for your trip.

Throughout the process, you are supported by one dedicated team, ensuring clarity, continuity and a smooth experience from start to finish.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO START PLANNING A TRIP? +

We recommend starting the planning process as early as possible, especially if you are travelling during peak seasons such as spring, summer or early autumn.

Many of the accommodations we work with are small and highly sought after, which means availability can be limited — particularly for the most desirable rooms and locations.

As a general guideline, planning your trip 4 to 8 months in advance allows for a wider choice of accommodations and a more relaxed, well-designed itinerary.

That said, we are also happy to assist with shorter notice whenever possible. What matters most is having enough time to create a journey that feels well balanced, carefully planned and true to your expectations.

SHOULD I BOOK MY FLIGHTS BEFORE CONTACTING YOU? +

Not necessarily.

In most cases, we recommend contacting us before booking your flights, so we can help you plan the route and choose the most convenient arrival and departure points.

This is especially useful in destinations like Sicily or Greece, where different airports can significantly influence the structure and rhythm of the journey.

Once the itinerary is defined, you are free to book your flights independently, following our guidance if needed.

If you have already booked your flights, that is absolutely fine — we will simply design the journey around your confirmed travel dates and airports.

WHAT DOCUMENTS WILL I RECEIVE BEFORE TRAVELLING? +

Before your departure, you will receive a complete set of travel documents with everything you need for your journey.

This typically includes your detailed itinerary, accommodation confirmations, any pre-booked experiences, and practical information to help you navigate each stage of the trip.

Flights, cars & Logistics

ARE FLIGHTS INCLUDED IN YOUR TRIPS? +

Flights are not included in our trips.

We focus on designing the journey on the ground — including accommodations, route planning and selected experiences — where our local knowledge and expertise make the greatest difference.

However, we are happy to advise you on the most convenient flights, helping you choose the best arrival and departure airports based on your itinerary.

This approach gives you more flexibility when booking your flights, while ensuring that the overall journey is well planned and perfectly coordinated.

WHICH CAR RENTAL COMPANIES DO YOU WORK WITH? +

We work with carefully selected, reliable car rental partners that allow us to ensure a smooth and worry-free experience throughout your journey.
